I believe developing an authentic connection with yourself begins with practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance. My goal is to help you deepen your insight and foster a sense of resiliency and empowerment using a strength-based perspective. I take a collaborative and honest approach to wellness, and I aim to create a safe space for you to honour your feelings as you pursue self-reflection and growth.

It is important my approach meets your needs and is facilitated at a pace that is comfortable for you. My therapeutic approach integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and uses a trauma-informed approach. In our modern society, many of us are disconnected from nature, each other, and ourselves. This disconnection can show up in many forms including stress, anxiety, and depression. As a result, we may feel unable to adequately deal with life’s challenges and reach our fullest potential. As a therapist, I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you throughout your journey of reconnection. I consider it a privilege to reacquaint you with your authentic self.

I am deeply passionate about working with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and sexual difficulties, life transitions, acne and self-esteem issues, and chronic pain. I am fascinated by the interconnection between the mind, body, and spirit, and will take a holistic approach that considers all parts of you.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and curiosity. I provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and client-centered care in a safe space free of judgment. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship must be built on a foundation of trust, respect, and compassion.
